In the harried pace of modern living, sometimes one needs to just put up one's mental feet and pause, meditate on life, the universe, or the antics of squirrels and visit with friends, far flung or near to home and perhaps whisper to God.

Stone front
The stone work is done in front and next will be the trim painted. The sidewalk has been poured. The exterior is almost finished. Amazing that just two months ago there was just a basement being poured!
Darlene by avocaton a poet, by vocation a pediatric physician. Married with a college age son. Participate in Utmost Christian Writers Forum. Also just started getting reacquanited with the sewing machine. Husband Mike is trained in rehabilitation couseling likes to swim and cycle, cook,continue studies in counseling and Christianity.
